Nos últimos anos venho liderando times e a disciplina de Product Design em empresas como Vortigo Digital, Agenda Edu, DBServer e cuboconnect, estruturando processos, matrizes de competência e Design Ops. Porém, o que sustenta essa liderança é ter feito, com as próprias mãos, todas as etapas do processo: da pesquisa de descoberta à entrega final de UI.

Over the past few years I've led teams and the Product Design discipline at companies like Vortigo Digital, Agenda Edu, DBServer and cuboconnect, building processes, competency matrices and Design Ops. Still, what backs up that leadership is having done every step of the process myself, hands-on, from discovery research to final UI delivery.

Sei rodar qualquer tipo de processo que o produto peça, entrevistas em profundidade, testes de usabilidade, pesquisas (qualitativa, quantitativa, etnográfica, guerrilha, profundidade, questionários etc) e sei traduzir isso em ideações, wireframes, protótipos, design systems e por fim em telas do produto. Também venho aplicando IA generativa dentro dos processos de Product Design, com a finalidade de aumentar a performance das entregas. Atualmente curso um MBA em Business Intelligence, Management & Analytics, o que me permitirá aprofundar a leitura de dados aplicada ao produto.

I can run whatever kind of process a product needs, from in-depth interviews and usability testing to research of every flavor (qualitative, quantitative, ethnographic, guerrilla, in-depth, surveys and more), and translate that into ideation, wireframes, prototypes, design systems and, ultimately, production screens. I've also been applying generative AI within Product Design processes, aiming to boost the performance of what I deliver. I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Business Intelligence, Management & Analytics, which will let me go deeper into data-driven product decisions.
